The same policy is applied if scheduling an appointment over the phone is preferred. However, rest assured that all information collected is confidential in accordance to Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We promise that no charges will be made unless cancellation within 12 hours or a no-show to the appointment of more than one occurance happens.

Please be informed that we are strictly a PROFESSIONAL HEALTHCARE PROVIDER. Therefore, submission of a detailed health history form is required for all new clients. We treat each client individually and our treatment varies based on our understanding of your medical history. This is one of the reasons why you will always get the best massage treatments during all your visits. Our therapist takes pride in what they do and we want to ensure that you receive the best and the most effective massage treatments whether they are for the purposes of pain management and/or maintenance.

Please also be aware that all of our health history forms are digitized (we no longer provide any paper copies) for the purposes of all our health and safety. We also want to ensure that the forms can be completed on your own time and pace so that your session can proceed efficiently. Furthermore, we want to ensure that you receive the full session that you scheduled for and deserve without the need to feel rushed and stressed of having to complete any forms on the day of your appointment.
